@btsport you must be the worst communications company in the world. I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

@muskysman @bt_uk @parcelforce I've called parcelforce. They said they had it down for collection on the 14th but nothing showing on their system to say it's been collected. Depending on the time it was collected would affect when you would receive it. BT can you confirm when parcelforce collected the ps5s?

@bt_uk Oh this was years ago, they sent an engineer out after warning me if there was no fault I’d have to pay for his time. He found the fault customer services said I didn’t have and fixed it there and then.I’m happily a Virgin Media customer now.

@R055JM @bt_uk Just had this from Parcelforce."Hi Chris, our tracking indicates there were two parcels due to us under the consignment number ZM64*****002 was delivered yesterday 14/12/20 however, 001 has not been received into our network from the sender so you will need to contact BT"

@Tylermillward2 @bt_uk @btshopuk yeah my trackings not working at all. i got a message on sunday saying its out for delivery and after nothing yesterday or today i went to my local Parcel Force and gave them the tracking number, post code etc and they;ve got nothing on their systems at all for any of my details

@bt_uk our challenge this year has been to get connected. First you insisted there was no broadband on our road, we had to get the BT engineer working on next door to confirm there was. Lots of calls & missed appointments later & we're still waiting...& waiting. Can you help?

@Guest909 @MoneyTelegraph @bt_uk It's a Openreach "systems issue" - not sure I accept this from Openreach given I was told a new route had to be made before.I reckon I was in someone's KPI "red column" at BT Openreach so suddenly the install got moved back a week and now it's a "systems issue" hmm.

Reply from @bt_uk: "Thanks Ricardo, I'm not finding any network fault. The line is stable and in synch at 13.9mb with no drops..." It's sold as average 26-29 and it's stable at less than 14mb. And router crashes every single day. #btscam #avoidBT

@bt_uk I had a diagnostics check by text today, I've been given a VOL order number and have been told I'm getting an engineers visit. I don't want one in case I'm charged but I can't cancel as the website doesn't accept my order number.
