“Babylonian” its active skill causes great damage in AOE and affects up to a maximum of 5 targets. When attacking any garrison or city, it’s a destructive skill since it prevents the reinforcement of units to these structures, even for open-field it’s excellent (this skill improves with Expertise).
Nebuchadnezzar II, as a great conqueror, has a passive skill “Blessing of Marduk” that only works if he leads a rally attack.
As a commander specialized in leading archer units, he counts “Chaldean Archers” that improves the troops under his command in terms of defense and march speed, excellent for open-field and Conquering.
“Destroyer of Carchemish” increases the damage dealt by Neb by 15% while decreasing the Rage of his rival commanders by 100.
Nebuchadnezzar II Talent Trees
Rally Build (Conquering)
Neb as a great conqueror has great skills and talents, this build is ideal for attacking cities and garrisons through rally, if we are looking for a quality archer commander that can attack structures effectively, without a doubt this is the best option.
Conquering Talents
- Moment of Triumph: While the army led by this commander is at more than 90% strength, increases all damage dealt by 9%. Ideal to always reinforce our Rally while attacking cities or garrison.
- Marionette: Reduces damage taken from watchtowers by 15%. Ideal for having the least possible loss of troops and taking less damage during our attack. It only works against cities, as these are the only ones that have watchtowers, excellent to Neb.
- Signal Flare: Increases damage dealt to watchtowers by 15%. Our direct attack against the watchtowers of the enemy city will be rewarded with extra damage essential for a quick victory.
- Tear of Blessing: The number of troops that die when attacking another governor’s city is reduced by 9% and are instead severely wounded (and can be healed in the Hospital). Excellent!
- Meteor Shower: When attacking garrisons, normal attacks have a 10% chance to increase all damage dealt on the next turn by 50%. A talent by probability, the DPS improvement provided by this talent is excellent. Strong Buff.
Skill Talents
- Heraldic Shield: Reduces skill damage taken by 6%. This damage skill reduction is very good to increase the resistance of Neb and his troops when attacking cities or garrison.
- Burning Blood: Normal attacks grant an additional 9 rage. Excellent for the reuse of our active skill when attacking cities or garrison.
- Tactical Mastery: Increases active skill damage by 3%. Important talent for our damage skill increase.
- All for One: After the primary commander uses a skill, active skill damage of the secondary commander is increased by 6%. Any commander secondary to Neb will have a skill damage buff. Great talent!
- Rejuvenate: Instantly restores 60 rage whenever a skill is used. Good talent to decrease the cooldown of our active skill.
- Clarity: After using an active skill, increases skill damage by 6% for the next 6 seconds. Neb when using his active skill, will have a buff for 6 seconds that increases the damage of his next “Babylonian” by 6%.
- Latent Power: Enhanced additional skill damage by 6%. “Latent Power” + “Tactical Mastery” = +9% additional skill damage.
Archer Talents
- This time we will not use any of the talents of “Archer”
This alternative build is focused on conquest with some of its main talents, however, we diverted some of these improvements to Skill, thus increasing the damage of its active skill and the rapid regeneration of Rage for the reuse of this.
Open-field Build (Skill)
As a commander focused on PVP, Neb is excellent for open-field, thanks to his talents and skill.
“Blessing of Marduk” his passive skill will not have any advantage in open-field.
The rest fulfill their function in an absolute way, so this Build will focus on its damage per skill in particular to achieve the greatest impact on our enemies with “Babylonian” and the rapid regeneration of Rage for the reuse of this skill.
Conquering Talents
- This time we will not use any of the talents of “Conquering”
Skill Talents

- Burning Blood: Normal attacks grant an additional 9 rage. Excellent for the reuse of our active skill.

- Latent Power: Enhanced additional skill damage by 6%. “Latent Power” + “Tactical Mastery” = +9% additional skill damage.
- Feral Nature: Normal attacks have a 10% chance to grant an additional 100 rage. This talent has a probability of being effective, but if this probability favors us, we will generate a lot of damage quickly to our enemies.
Archer Talents
- Arrows Nocked: When the army led by this commander has been reduced to 50% strength, increases all attack troops by 9%. Neb will not be easily defeated, it will be better to fight than to flee.
- Rapid Fire: Increases normal attack damage of all troops led by this commander by 1.5%.
- Armed and Armored: Increases health of archer units by 3%. Our archers will be much more resistant.
- Thumb Ring: Archer units led by this commander deal an additional 9% damage to infantry units. Archers are the weakness of any infantry army, with this extra damage they will suffer even more the power of Neb.
- Razor Sharp: Grants an additional 9 rage after launching a normal attack. Rage!
- Venomous Sting: Increases active skill damage of primary and secondary commanders by 8%. “Latent Power” + “Tactical Mastery” + “Clarity” + = 23% Additional Skill Damage. Incredible!
Open-field Build (Archer)
When selecting this build, we will consider that we will balance the damage from our active skill to the damage that we can cause in open-field through our troops, in this case archers.
Nebuchadnezzar II, as a great commander specialized in leading units of this type, will enhance and improve each of his units, turning his army into a fearsome rival for any enemy.
Archer Talents
New talents added
- Phoenix—Tail Arrows: When the army led by this commander contains only archer units, normal attacks have a 10% chance to trigger an additional attack (Damage Factor 200) on target. Good talent, direct damage per probability that increases our DPS in open-field.
- Whistling Arrows: When the army led by this commander contains only archer units, normal attacks have a 10% chance to increase all damage dealt by 25% for the next 2 seconds. If luck accompanies us with this probability, Neb will defeat enemies much faster.
Alternative build:
Nebuchadnezzar II is a commander that can be used both primary and secondary.
His main skill is to cause as much damage as possible to his enemies, something characteristic of commanders specialized in leading archer units.
However, with Neb as primary commander we can resort to Conquest mode, one of the most acclaimed for PVP, any rally led by this commander will be a nightmare for his enemy.
