Are your vacuums free?
Yes! Our high-powered vacuums are free for all paying customers after every wash.
Do you accept muddy vehicles?
We do to an extent. If your car is even moderately caked with mud, we ask that you wash off the excess mud before you arrive. Excess mud can ruin our equipment, reduce the effectiveness of our wash, and create unsatisfactory outcomes for the customers behind you.
Do you offer fleet plans?
Yes! We require a 10-car minimum. Fill out this form to learn if our fleet program is right for you.
Membership FAQs
What is included in my membership?
Benefits of unlimited wash plans include daily washing at any of our locations, convenient automated monthly billing, and no contracts. Free Vacuums are offered at every location.
How do I get a new RFID Tag?
Visit the nearest location to you, and one of our team members can give you a new RFID tag. Make sure you have the barcode of your current membership or that your account is linked correctly to your phone number so we can verify you in the system.
How do I reactivate my membership?
You can reactivate your membership online at here. Just make sure you have your previous membership number or the phone number your account was connected to.
I purchased a membership online; how do I redeem it?
When you signed up online, you should have received an email with a QR code and instructions for redeeming online. If you did not receive this, please get in touch with our customer service department.
