Highly recommend! James was avacation-saver! Hecame out the same day torepair storm damage toour 5th wheel RVawning. The awning isnow stronger thannew. Thanks tohis prompt service, wewere able tokeep our schedule ofa multi-day, multi-state vacation. Great service ata fair price.

James was prompt inreturning our call. Hescheduled our repair appointment within 5days which iscurrently very reasonable. Many places and people are booked out amonth ormore. Heshowed upon time, looked and acted professionally. Itwas obvious hewas knowledgeable and skilled. Hereplaced axle equalizers and installed awet bolt kit onour toy hauler 5th wheel. Ican't really compare price. Itwasn't inexpensive, but itdidn't seem outrageous. The work was done correctly, and wefeel safe again when towing our trailer. Feeling safe and confident inthe workmanship isworth alittle extra expense. Itshould benoted that James isin Wisconsin during the summer, and inFlorida during the winter months. Iwould definitely call James again ifI needed amobile RVmechanic.… – show

My husband and Iwere traveling inour Class ARV toFlorida. Wewent through anEZ pass gate which was very narrow. Itwas obvious tome others had hit itmany times, but itwas tolate. The side mirror ofour RVhit swung back and hit the window and shattered the glass. Wehad RVcomplete tocover such accidents but was unsuccessful with their service. Myhusband contacted Sun & Sand RVmobile repair. Hetold ushe would call usback within 2hours, would possibly have arepair within 1-2days after seeing thejob. The next day hecompleted the job astold. We are very lucky tohave found James' service. Weare “full-time” RVers. Our only toilet stopped working. This isa complicated Dometic VacuFlush system. James worked with usto manage costs and get the problem resolved. Heis professional, competent, and punctual (rare inmobile RVrepair). Above this, James isfriendly. Iwill certainly turn toJames for any repair ormaintenance wemay need.

James came right over todiagnose problem with myRV fridge and helped meorder necessary parts. Once parts arrived hequickly installed them toget fridge running. Also helped deal with warranty and helping ship part back tomanufacturer. Very professional and went above and beyond tohelp meout. Highly recommended!!!

Upon arriving inFlorida wefound the refrigerator inour travel trailer had quit working. Wewere refered toJames who made aquick diagnosis that the amonia cooling line had broken and the unit had tobe replaced. Luckily the unit was still under warranty. James contacted Dometic and made all arrangement tohave the replacement shipped directly tohim. Upon arrival hehad the old unit removed and the new one installed injust over anhour. Hewas careful not todamage the floor orthe newunit. Heleft with the new unit cooling and ready togo! Thanx James, wewould definitely hire you again! (but hoping wedon't needto!!!!)… – show

James installed awalk-in shower kit inmy manufactured home which involved unexpected adaptations and finish work. James isknowledgeable, professional, dependable, and efficient. Heworks quickly and cleanly and his prices are very reasonable. Iwould highly recommend him and would use him again.

Jim replaced our water heater with very short notice and made improvements tohow the old one had been installed. Feel alot better now that wedon’t need toworry about aleak that would damage the floors inour park model trailer. Thanks, Jim

James replaced acooling unit for RVNorcold Refrigerator. Hesent usthe information for the unit weneeded toorder, the preferred company, and options. James scheduled the repair assoon asour unit was delivered. Wewere happy with his professionalism and understanding. Wewere without arefrigerator for two weeks soto have him show upwhen hesaid hewould and completing the job asexpected was soappreciated. Would definitely recommend.

We had aleaky black tank valve onourRV. Welive inour RVfull time sotime isof the essence for repairs. James was quick torespond and diagnose the problem. Hewas able toresolve with atemporary fix while the replacement part was ordered and came back aweek later tocomplete the permanent repair. James was professional and isobviously very knowledgeable inhis trade. Iwould highly recommend James for your RVservice needs.

I have used James for multiple repairs onmy 1951Spartan trailer. The first repair was a“treasure hunt”. Ihad nowater pressure. After the park checked their water lines itwas determined that the pressure problem was internal tothe trailer. James had todisassemble pipes under the kitchen sink, bathroom and under trailer. After hours ofwork heused anair compressor toclear the lines. Somehow anacorn had gotten inthe line and blocked most ofthe water flow. Itflew out ofthe line and burst when hitting the concrete. Some other contractors would have given upbut hedidnot. Since then hehas done aplumbing leak and anelectrical addition tothe trailer. Heis punctual, fair inpricing and totally trustworthy.
