Hey @Xfinity @comcast it’s SUPER sh*tTY of you to not tell people about the $10 a month internet for low income families and then require those of us who didn’t know to have to switch for 90 days in order to get it with a service restart. I’m tellin EVERYONE.

@xfinitymobile Xfinity Comcast ventures are most likely done on the cheap and they use us as beta testers. 24 hrs time spent for what was a bad sim I'm old, but tech savvy since 82. Garbage phone. Screwed by Xfinity on TDay, the only cell in the house. Oh boy!

@levetrage @ronaldajulian @comcast @comcastcares Well. It looks like fifth tech found (and subsequently fixed🤞) the problem. The line from the street side box to the box on the side of my house was buried directly in the ground. They don’t do that any more, so their going to replace it with a line buried in conduit.

@TiVoSupport I have a TIVO II that continually disconnects from my wifi. My service is xfinity with an xfinity gateway wifi. The TIVO connection is wireless, using the N-adapter.To solve it, I reset the wifi, then reset TIVO, then reconnect to service. Takes about 45 minutes

@KLGLASS2 Straight up Comcast. They over charge every month and I just pay what I originally agreed to. I think it’s time for Comcast to have a come to Jesus moment. We have some bargaining power. They won’t have any new programming cuz actors are in lock down, no new sports programs.

Ear is impacted, can't hear ****, had fun at the Xfinity store trying to communicate and drop off equipment. They literally wrote notes and slid them over the counter like I was a bank robber. Kinda cool. Anyways I wanna lie down all day and take ear medicine maybe no stream.
